Emergence already has the foundation. The opportunity is to create the practical tools, workflows, and visual consistency that allow the firm to show up at the same level across founder conversations, investment announcements, social content, reports, newsletters, and web experiences.
Combining strategic creative direction with dependable production support, we will build a system that works across recurring needs while leaving room for higher-touch creative thinking where it matters most.
We will extend the current identity with care and consistency.
We will create repeatable tools for recurring communications.
We will know when to follow the system and when to push beyond it.
We will reduce friction through clear intake, prioritization, and ownership.
Our team can support the complete set of needs outlined in the brief, from recurring production and long-form content to web, motion, and future brand evolution.
Webflow support would be handled directly by the same team overseeing the broader visual system, helping maintain consistency across the site, reports, social assets, and other communications.
Video would begin as a flexible, per-package workstream, with support potentially including full-length edits, social cutdowns, captions, lower thirds, thumbnails, and light motion graphics. If production becomes more consistent over time, it could evolve into a recurring monthly workstream.
All capabilities are coordinated through one JDM team, with the appropriate senior and specialist support brought into each assignment.
Emergence would work with a focused core team spanning program leadership, creative direction, design, content, Webflow, and video. The structure gives Emergence direct access to senior creative and program leadership while keeping the day-to-day experience simple and coordinated.
Shelby would oversee the rlationship, manage priorities and timelines, and coordinate work across design, content, web, and video.
Nick would lead visual direction and join key intake and working sessions alongside Shelby. He would guide the work across presentation systems, Canva, Figma, Adobe, Webflow, video editing, motion graphics, and future brand evolution.
Ali would provide senior guidance on brand presence, communications strategy, content, positioning, and the overall direction of the partnership.
Ongoing production, template development and recurring creative needs.
Content and editorial support, social copy, newsletters, presentations and reports.
The work would be managed through a straightforward process designed to keep priorities visible, reduce handoffs, and move recurring production efficiently.
Emergence should not have to project-manage its design partner.
